If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of new, unused, unopened or defective merchandise less shipping. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Disposable and one-time use items cannot be returned if their packaging is opened or damaged. Variations in design or color in handmade or natural products are not considered a defect.
